While waiting for a train, Molly and Mae meet and strike up a friendship, sharing snacks and secrets. The fun continues once the girls get on board, but eventually Molly and Mae encounter the twists and turns of childhood friendship. Molly turns her back to Mae, and Mae returns to her mother. Outside, the rain and gloom mirrors the girls' mood.
