Mother Rabbit carries her young bunny home through the streets of the city at night. As a passenger young bunny observes all of the familiar buildings and the people inside going about their night time business. When young bunny gets home and is tucked in for the night by Father Rabbit his mind peruses the sights and memories from his nighttime journey. He wonders about the evening rituals of his neighbors and what they are doing now as he drifts off to sleep in his comfy bed.
