An original song by Sarah Weeks and Michael Abbott tells the story of a little factory that falls victim to its own success. Once it expands to such a point that it turns into a giant factory, the workers no longer want to work there because of all the smoke. Luckily for everyone involved, the man who runs the factory comes up with a solution that brings all the workers back-- he updates it to run on solar power in order to improve the working conditions. Byron Barton's boldly colored illustrations include enough heavy machinery to satisfy his diehard fans, even as they complement the sweet simplicity of Weeks's song.
