Beginning with a jump-rope jingle in the spring and ending with rainbow rhyme to say goodbye to winter, each of the 38 poems in this collection forms a shape and each is categorized according to the four seasons. We see an umbrella on a rainy spring day, two dandelions _— one gone to seed—in the summer, dancing leaves in the fall, and snowy steps in the winter.
