Streetwise Teddy usually stays out of sight from bully Arnie-zilla. However, when Teddy's little brother, Bobby, insults Arnie, Teddy must come to the rescue and becomes the target of Arnie's wrath instead. Soon Teddy realizes that only Bobby, his pet cockroach, Hercules, and the creepy Lady Bug can keep Arnie-zilla at arm's length.
